Former Ryan Principal Jayme Fishman will join Second Decimal and commit to making these software products the company’s primary focus, with Mr. Fishman leading the organization as CEO. The move allows Ryan to focus on core tax services, while ensuring the continued development of outstanding tax software products that will greatly benefit the Firm’s clients and the industry as a whole.

The Second Decimal software products provide an integrated suite of workflow, tax calculation, and certificate management applications that automate tax calculations, information, and processes, resulting in improved efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
